About This Project

Aeternitas is an architectural marvel that arose as a result of the unique collaboration of the London Gate developer with the Swiss luxury watch brand Franck Muller. The most prestigious watchmakers in the world create a lifestyle worthy of the chosen ones — it is an extraordinary experience unlike any other. It is a lifestyle created for connoisseurs, where every waking moment is an ode to life.London Gate and Franck Muller will build a 450-meter skyscraper in the Dubai Marina area. The impressive design will be named Aeternitas after one of the company's most sophisticated watches with 36 complications and 1,483 components. When completed, it will be the tallest residential tower, the tallest branded residential tower in Dubai and the tallest residential clock tower in the world.The project will redefine the city skyline while setting international standards for luxury living with spectacular views. The clock tower will be based in Dubai Marina with a total height of 450 meters high, 5 star luxurious amenities including pools, squash courts, cigar lounge, cinema rooms, kids play area, etc.
