Peninsula Three

About This Project

Peninsula Three is a residential tower within the Peninsula master community by Select Group, located in Business Bay, Dubai. The project forms part of a waterfront development positioned on the doorstep of Downtown Dubai and designed to combine urban living with a more private canal-side setting. The brochure describes Peninsula as a master-planned community with unobstructed waterfront views and a location connected to key parts of the city, including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, DIFC, and Dubai International Airport.Peninsula Three is a 49-storey tower with a collection of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The residences are designed with glass-fronted façades to maximise natural light and views towards Burj Khalifa, the Downtown skyline, Dubai Canal, and the Arabian Gulf. The brochure also outlines selected interior and specification details, including quartz countertops and laminate kitchen shutters, porcelain tile finishes in bathrooms, showers, a fridge/freezer, sink, and gas oven, as well as provision for a washing machine/dryer in all units and provision for a dishwasher in two-bedroom layouts. Peninsula Three is supported by a broad range of lifestyle and community amenities. Within the tower and wider community, residents have access to a fully equipped gym, lap pool, leisure pool, kids swimming pool, outdoor lounge and yoga deck, landscaped areas, leisure lawn areas, a running and walking track, skate park, kids play area, tennis court, padel courts, 3-on-3 basketball court, dry fountain splash pad, and food and beverage pavilions. The project also includes a lobby with 24-hour security and reception, a co-working space, lounge area, electric vehicle charging hubs, and access to the 50th viewing deck.
