Sobha Sanctuary - The Brooks is a wellness-driven residential enclave where nature, water and community shape everyday life. Set along the central green spine, this cluster places homes within walking distance of an 800,000 sq.ft. district park, wellness centre, beach lagoon and community mall, all connected by 9+ km of wellness and 5 km leisure loops.
