Sobha Sanctuary - The Greens is a nature-led residential enclave crafted for restorative, balanced living. Set within landscaped corridors and linked directly to a green spine, The Greens offers private garden villas and courtyard villas (4–5 bedrooms), smart-home ready with generous terraces and lift access. The masterplan places nearly 50% open space around an ~800,000 sq. ft. central park, with water features including a beach lagoon, lazy river and reflective plazas. Wellness is woven into daily life via 5 km leisure and 9+ km wellness loops, sports courts, full-size fields, open-air training, meditation lawns, hydrotherapy, saunas and senior-friendly zones. Community hubs, amphitheatres, co-working spaces, farmers’ market, pet therapy gardens and walkable retail support social connection while sustainability and smart mobility are integrated across the development.
