About This Project

Artistry Two Residences is a 37-storey residential tower by Select Group, located in Dubai Design District (d3). The concept is centred on transparency and light, with architecture designed around balanced proportions and fluid movement, while keeping a sense of privacy and calm inside the building.The tower comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, alongside four-bedroom duplex penthouses on the upper levels. Apartment sizes range from 738 to 1,988 sq ft depending on layout, while duplex penthouses range from 4,639 to 7,767 sq ft and may include private plunge pools and rooftop terraces in selected signature homes. Amenities are organised across lifestyle levels. Social and work-focused spaces include a residents’ lounge, co-working area and a multipurpose room, supported by family and recreation elements such as a kids play area, padel court, family lawn and pavilion, and an outdoor gaming area. Pool facilities include a horizon pool and kids pool, while the 22nd floor adds an infinity lap pool and a dedicated wellness and fitness suite with gym, private training studio, sauna, steam room and ice baths.
